Deirdre Glenn joined Enterprise Ireland from UK biopharmaceutical company Xenova Group (formerly Cantab Pharmaceuticals) where she was Business Development Manager. Whilst at Xenova, Deirdre completed several in-licensing and out-licensing deals with biopharmaceutical corporations and academic institutions in the US and Europe, and played a key role in the identification and acquisition of product opportunities to build the Company's early and late-stage product pipeline. An honours biotechnology graduate from Dublin City University she also holds Diploma in Business Studies from University College Dublin.
